Doug has three decades of experience in the administration and interpretation of a variety of standardized assessment instruments, whether used alone or as part of leadership, career or professional development projects. The assessment services of The Richardson Group can be engaged either by individuals for their own development or by organizations wishing to assess either individuals or groups and teams.
